Today we took a trip to the pumpkin farm to get ourselves some pumpkins. Before we left, my mom thought it would be a good idea to "get my in the spirit" by dressing me up in my pumpkin shirt and socks. But she didn't stop there...before I knew it, out came the pumpkin visor that my Grandma B bought for me.
The visor didn't last too long on my head - it seemed to fit much better when I put it in my mouth! Yum.
After my mom, dad, and Jen had a good laugh...and took a few pictures, I quickly drank my bottle so we could leave.
Here is my latest trick....I feed myself like a big boy!
When we got to the pumpkin patch, I was very excited and couldn't stop looking around.
I especially loved looking at and touching all of the orange pumpkins. As you can see, we got a whole wheelbarrow full.
Here I am with my mom and dad just before leaving the pumpkin patch and heading back down to the farm to join the other festivities.
There was face painting, hayrides, and a giant sandbox filled with corn kernels for the kids to play in. My dad said that I could enjoy those things next year when I am a little older. What fun!
I am really into grabbing EVERYTHING these days...and apparently, giant cows are no exception.
While we were standing in the LONG line for apple fritters, my dad was entertaining me. Although I didn't get to take part in any fritter eating, my parents said that it was well worth the wait.
Just before we were leaving, my mom and dad ran into their friends, Jenny and Matt, who have an 11-month-old, named Madeline. I really liked hanging out with Madeline, and I hope I can see her again soon!
After my day at the pumpkin farm, I was pretty tired. Here is a rare picture of me "just chillin" before we left. Thanks mom, dad, and Jen for an awesome day!
